OK, I'll back off the never pen and paper. I think it is hard to determine a "percentage" as a goal. Sometimes it is helpful to overstate a claim if you can get people to consider the alternative as a result. Yesterday i visited Anthony Capp's 3rd grade class. His students are writing narrative stories. they do drafts using pencil and paper. Then they will put their work into the computer. It seems to work well and Anthony says they are more likely to think through what they want to write and make corrections if they start with pencil and paper. Good luck.
